OWL Bikes

Started in 2006, OWL’s most recent social enterprise saves bicycles from landfill, provides vocational training for adults with learning disabilities and supported employment opportunities for people who have been disadvantaged through disability or long term health/mental health problems.

OWL Bikes are better than second hand – they are all fully serviced with replacement tyres, inner tubes, cables, brake pads and chains fitted as required. Front/ rear reflectors and a bell are fitted as standard. Plus a 30-day warranty.

OWL Bikes can help if you:

• have an unwanted bicycle to donate
• would like to buy a fully refurbished OWL Bike
• want a new or second hand spare part
• want some bike accessories at a fair price (eg helmets)
• need your existing bike serviced or repaired
• have time to spare and would like to become a volunteer (opportunities for drivers, skilled or unskilled, all help welcome)
